Heilicher is committed to making our educational experience accessible to as many families in the community as possible. Tuition levels are set and approved by the Board of Directors to reflect this value of inclusivity balanced with the school’s operational needs.
Heilicher tuition and fees for the 2018-2019 school year are listed below.
|Grade||2018-2019 Tuition||Supplies/Technology Fee**|
|5-6||$15,950||$150 - Grade 5
$250 - Grade 6
**Other fees that are charged separately include sixth and eighth grade multi-day trips, food service, school-sponsored co-curriculars/clubs, and replacement of lost school-provided materials.
Tuition can be paid in full prior to the start of the school year, or monthly by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.
We are committed to being a socioeconomically diverse school community. Families are granted financial assistance based on demonstrated need and availability of scholarship funds. Families receiving financial assistance are not obligated to repay these grants to the school.
We encourage all families to carefully evaluate their ability to pay tuition, and we expect families to contribute to the educational cost at the highest possible level given their economic situation. Currently, more than one-third of Heilicher families receive some degree of financial assistance.
Financial assistance requests are processed by a third-party service called Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS). All personal information is held in strictest confidence by Heilicher personnel. An application for tuition assistance will not prejudice an application for admission. If you are interested in receiving information regarding financial aid, please request this information when filling out an admissions application.
Families are encouraged to complete the TADS worksheet before completing the financial aid application. The worksheet will assist you in gathering all necessary paperwork before filling out the online application.
Heilicher is now offering a tuition grant for children of employees of synagogues and Jewish nonprofits in the Twin Cities. Learn more.
