Heilicher is committed to making our high-quality educational experience accessible to as many families in the community as possible. Tuition levels are set by the Board of Trustees to reflect this value of inclusivity balanced with the school’s operational needs.
Important Note: No family pays 100% of the cost of a Heilicher education. The Annual Fund and other fundraising efforts subsidize every student’s education each year.
Tuition also includes supplies and technology fees. This covers “back-to-school” items that most schools ask families to purchase and helps support the school’s technology infrastructure, including student use of Chromebooks and iPads.
Additional charges not included in tuition may include: meals, school-sponsored aftercare, co-curricular programming and athletics, and replacement of lost school-provided materials.
Tuition can be paid in full prior to the start of the school year or monthly by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Families prepaying full tuition will receive a $250 credit on their account for the 2024-2025 school year.
We are committed to being a socioeconomically diverse school community. Families are granted financial assistance based on demonstrated need and availability of scholarship funds. Financial assistance awards are grants from Heilicher that are not expected to be repaid.
We encourage all families to carefully evaluate their ability to pay tuition, and we expect families to contribute to the educational cost at the highest possible level given their economic situation. Currently, about two-thirds of Heilicher families receive some degree of financial assistance.
How to Request Financial Assistance
Families apply online annually through a third-party service, Clarity. Clarity offers a streamlined and user-friendly application process that can be completed in just a few minutes. All personal information is held in the strictest confidence. An application for tuition assistance will not prejudice an application for admission. If you are interested in receiving information regarding financial aid, please request this information when filling out an admissions application.
Heilicher takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information.
If you have further questions, please contact the finance office at 952.381.3525, or Admissions Director Deborah Getsug at 952.381.3523. We are available to speak with you confidentially and provide you with tools to estimate your family’s expected tuition contribution.
