Tuition & Affordability
Heilicher is committed to making our high-quality educational experience accessible to as many families in the community as possible. Tuition levels are set by the Board of Trustees to reflect this value of inclusivity balanced with the school’s operational needs.
Tuition also includes supplies and technology fees. This covers “back-to-school” items that most schools ask families to purchase and helps support the school’s technology infrastructure, including student use of Chromebooks and iPads.
Additional charges not included in tuition may include: meals, transportation, school-sponsored after-care, co-curricular programming and athletics, and replacement of lost school-provided materials.
Tuition can be paid in full prior to the start of the school year, or monthly by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Families prepaying full tuition will receive up to a $250 credit on their account for the 2025-2026 school year.
Important Note: The cost to educate each student at Heilicher is greater than the stated tuition figures above. The Annual Fund and other communal fundraising efforts cover the difference, supporting every student’s education.
