If you register for the TDLP, you are electing to have your student(s) learn fully online for the duration of Minimester 7. Heilicher will not be providing the option for families to choose a combination of both in-person and distance learning. 

You may make a unique decision about in-person versus distance learning for each student in your family.

If you are registering due to a diagnosed medical condition, per the recommendation of a health professional, please indicate that on the form. We may ask for further documentation, such as a written recommendation from a physician, in order to maintain our records on attendance and for future records as we handle required contact tracing. 

If you are registering due to personal preference, you may be contacted by school personnel to better understand your concerns about in-person learning and also to discuss work accountability and attendance policies throughout the term your child is home. Full distance learning is a partnership between the student, parents and school, and we want to make sure that we are set up for success. 

Our TDLP Coordinator, Evelyn Sadlowski, will be the primary initial contact point for all TDLP students and parents. Evelyn will work with students’  teachers to coordinate lessons, videos, streaming, assessment, and  other aspects of the educational program. TDLP will consist of a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning.
