With emphasis on teamwork and healthy relationships, this program demonstrates how girls can have a positive impact on the world through a community impact project. Physical activity is woven into the program to inspire an appreciation for fitness and healthy habits. They also learn life skills including treating others with care, practicing gratitude, and managing emotions. The session finishes with a celebratory, non-competitive Girls on the Run 5K event during the first weekend in June. Maximum 20 girls.

Payment and registration for Girls on the Run will be managed through the Girls on the Run website. Fill out an interest form and we will alert you when the registration site goes live.

The extra-curricular options are so broad! There really was something for everyone!

Heilicher Parent

I loved being on the sports teams at Heilicher. They were fun and not too pressure-filled. I felt more comfortable going out for sports in high school, which was a great way to meet new people!
