Physical activity is woven into the program to inspire an appreciation for fitness and healthy habits. The girls also learn life skills including treating others with care, practicing gratitude, and managing emotions. The session finishes with a celebratory, non-competitive Girls on the Run 5K event. Maximum 20 girls.

No after-school sports on early dismissal or no-school days.

Payment and registration for Girls on the Run will be managed through the Girls on the Run website.

Heilicher Parent

I loved being on the sports teams at Heilicher. They were fun and not too pressure-filled. I felt more comfortable going out for sports in high school, which was a great way to meet new people!
